We are always looking for experienced developers who are interested and comfortable with the lifestyle of a contractor. As an employee of Massive Bear, you don’t need to pound the pavement looking for your next contract, or deal with government sales taxes. We absorb a lot of the burdens of contracting. In addition, you still get to be part of a team, and benefit from the support structure that brings.
At Massive Bear, we are also interested in developing our own titles with our own IP. It’s an underlying current in our business plan, and one that will need a full staff of artists, producers, and engineers.
